ORDER
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, please always contact us by phone. We can be reached Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Unless there is an issue with the order or a particular product. In that case, we will contact you by email. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Almost all packages in the Netherlands are delivered the next business day. You will receive a track and trace code from our parcel service DHL to track your package.
We also ship packages outside of the Netherlands. The cost for such a package will automatically be displayed when you complete your order. If you are unable to select your country with our automatic delivery service but would like to place an order with us, please contact us and we will gladly explore the possibilities with you.
PAY
Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. We will then look into it with you and together we can ensure that your order will still be shipped as quickly as possible.

RETURN
Place the unwashed/unworn clothing in its original packaging with the attached tag back into the shipping bag and pack the items securely.
Scan the QR code included in the package and follow the instructions.
If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you may do so within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. At the post office, you will receive a track and trace number; please keep this safe. This way, you can track your order.

PLEASE NOTE: ensure that the outbound shipping label or barcode is no longer visible. If the outbound shipping label is still visible on the package, this will cause problems during the return process. Returns are at your own risk, so please keep this in mind.
Return costs are at your own expense. You can choose to create a shipping label yourself via a carrier of your choice.

We're sorry to hear that the packing slip/return form is missing from your order.
If you want to return an item and the packing slip is missing, you can print out the order confirmation or invoice and add it to the return package. A handwritten note with the order number and your name/address details will also suffice. The most important thing is that we can see who the return package is from. If we don't know who the return package is from, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
You can see when we have received your return using your track & trace code. After we have received your return, we will start processing it as quickly and carefully as possible.
If the track and trace indicates that the package has been received by Merkmeisjeskleding, you can assume this is correct.
After receiving your return, we will refund the money within 14 days of your return registration, using the same payment method you used.

- Returns without a packing slip will not be processed.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must have an attached price tag.
- Items must be unworn/unused/unwashed.
- In case of a defect/incorrect item, please contact us beforehand.
- Returns are always at your own risk.
- If a return does not meet the conditions, we may refuse your return or partially refund it. We will then contact you.
The return period is 14 calendar days after receipt of the order.
As a consumer, you have the right to return internet purchases without giving a reason within a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the item (Distance Selling Act).
For returns, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the package.

Yes, you can! If you have ordered the wrong size or would simply prefer to receive a size larger/smaller, please contact our customer service.
